Privacy notice

Last updated 5 November 2026. This notice covers this website, complianceos.com.au. It does not cover the product, which will have its own terms and privacy terms before any customer data is stored.

What we collect

When you book a walkthrough or start a chat, we collect what you type: your name, company, work email, mobile number if you give one, the size and sector of your firm, and any message. We also receive the page you sent it from.

We do not use advertising or analytics trackers on this site, and we do not set cookies of our own.

What we use it for

• To reply to you and arrange a walkthrough.
• To follow up about ComplianceOS. We will not add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who handles it

Contact form submissions and chat messages are received through SupportSeal, a support tool, and are read by the ComplianceOS team. The chat widget is loaded from SupportSeal and may store its own data in your browser to keep a conversation going. We do not sell your details.

The demo

The live demo runs on sample data only and has no sign-in. Please do not enter real worker details or any personal information about real people into it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. Ask us sooner and we will delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you under the Australian Privacy Principles. Use the contact form on the home page or the chat, and say what you need.
